Annual Dinner
Brief
The DCA is a non-profit making association of solicitors and licensed conveyancers whose objectives are the improvement of the experience for the home moving public and to take a fresh and innovative approach to that process. When the DCA chairman commented after the previous year’s event: “Best dinner yet – how do we follow that for next year?” the challenge was on to raise our game for the following year.
Solution
The DCA Dinner is the only annual gathering of the main players in the conveyancing industry and it attracts key decision makers from all sectors of the residential property market including estate agency, mortgage lenders, brokers, representatives of the land registry and government, the land registry, plus journalists from the main trade press. The evening’s objectives were to thank friends and colleagues for past support, to promote the DCA as the voice of the conveyancing industry and provide a convivial atmosphere for guests to dine and discuss current property issues – particularly in the current economic climate. With a list of high profile guests, the venue had to be a distinguished London location with an excellent reputation and flawless service. We chose Claridge’s. We were not disappointed
Result
The success of the event was to combine Events Plus’ skill in focusing on absolute detail in the delivery of the event whilst maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable event for our client and guests who are well accustomed to being entertained at business occasions.
